"I was trying to bundle (auto, home, PUP) my insurance but when my phone calls are not answered or ignored it's really very disappointing. Now I regretted renewing & paying my auto insurance. I think there are other agents or other insurance companies around St. Charles or nearby cities better than Laino's State Farm. Check on your employees."

"I give 3 because my service goes up and to often and I have been with state farm since 1999 and i m pay to much not to have no roadside and when I get a chance I will be going with someone else. It's really true what everyone say if you are in needed help is hard to get and if we help y'all to get rich why not help us in needed time."
